Install the app

Unzip the file after download is complete.
*An error may appear in certain zip software. Please use the standard Windows unzip function.

After unzipping the file, launch the saved installer (exe file) and complete the installation process according to the instructions.

After confirming the Terms of Use, check the "Accept Terms of Use" box and select either of the followings:

Select this option if you have tickets to access the paid areas.

Log in

Enter your email address and password registered when purchasing tickets on the login screen and press "Log in."

*Create a new password through "Forgot password?" if you have forgotten your password.

User settings

・Username (required)

Your username will appear above your avatar's head and is visible to everyone.

・Link with Twitter ID

Link with your Twitter account to upload photos taken in the venue directly to Twitter within the application. Allow
access from the opened screen and enter the PIN code as displayed.

・Change avatar or emblem

Change the color of your avatar or emblem.
As changes cannot be made inside the venue, customize your avatar before entering the venue.

*Only available for users who purchased admission tickets.

・Enter a random world

Start experiencing the venue world.

・Enter a world with friends

Input the world name here to enter the same world as your friends. Ask your friends who entered before you for the name
of the world (you can check by opening the menu in the venue), and input the world name.

How to access the paid areas

Run a validation check

Town of Beginnings and Boss Battle are free areas for all users even without tickets. All other areas are paid areas (exhibition halls) that users need to purchase a ticket to access. It is recommended to complete the following validation checks in the free areas before purchasing any tickets.

・Whether you can hear sounds
・Whether and controller work without problems
・Whether your avatar can move and whether the menu can be displayed

*Please note in advance that there will be no support and validation guarantee after purchasing tickets even if a validation check is not done before purchase.
*No refunds are available for purchased tickets in case your operating environment does not meet the recommended operating environment.

Purchase tickets to enter the paid areas

Underground Labyrinth, Steel Castle, and Research Facility are paid exhibition areas. You will be asked if you have a ticket when you enter the TELEPOTE GATE. If you have not purchased a ticket yet, proceed to make a purchase according to the instructions on the VR screen.
After purchasing a ticket, start the application again and select "Click here if you have tickets" on the STEP 3 screen of this flow. You are then able to access the paid areas after your ticket is successfully confirmed.
